The purchase of any equipment or materials, or bid for any construction work when required by the Louisiana public bid law, will be posted on this website and advertised in the legal section of the official journal (The Times). Sealed bids may be mailed to P. O. Box 78282, Shreveport, Louisiana 71137-8282 or hand delivered to 1320 Grimmett Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana 71107. Bids may also be submitted electronically through www.bidsync.com. Watch for posted advertisements for further bid information and instructions or contact our office at 318-221-2654. Note: Louisiana law requires strict and total compliance with bid specifications. Any irregularity however slight or insignificant will result in the bid being rejected. OIL, GAS & MINERAL LEASES: In regard to oil, gas and mineral leases on Caddo Levee District property, a request must be submitted to Caddo Levee District for the Board to authorize the Louisiana State Mineral and Energy Board and the Office of Mineral Resources to accept nominations and advertise for oil, gas and mineral leases, accept bids and award the oil, gas and mineral lease. Caddo Levee District will forward the approved resolution for authorization to the Office of Mineral Resources. The individual or entity requesting the resolution from Caddo Levee District must then submit property descriptions, etc. to the Louisiana Office of Mineral Resources.

Box 78282, Shreveport, Louisiana 71137-8282 and thereafter publicly opened at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the Board of Commissioners of the Caddo Levee District, 1320 Grimmett Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana 71107, for the Annual Supply of Spray Herbicide Chemicals – 2024 Bid commencing in June 2024 (with two one-year options). Specifications are available online at www.caddolevee.org or may be requested via email at admin@caddolevee.org. If bidding entity is more than thirty (30) miles from Shreveport, LA, please include necessary freight charges. Bids may be mailed to P. O.
