Text Box: Advertisement for Bids Tract 1: Approximately 100 acres located in the NW/4 of Section 14, T21N, R16W, Caddo Parish Louisiana. Tract 2: Approximately 80 acres located in E/2 of the NE/4 of Section 1, T22N, R15W, Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Advertisement for Bids Sealed bids will be received up to 9:00 A.M. (NO BIDS will be accepted after 9:00 A.M.)., December 12, 2024, at the office of the Board of Commissioners of the Caddo Levee District, 1320 Grimmett Drive, P. O. Box 78282, Shreveport, Louisiana 71137, for the following tracts of land to be permitted for grazing purposes only, for a period of three years. A sealed envelope containing bid must be marked on the outside of the envelope, “Grazing Permit Tract#___ to be opened at 10:00 a.m., December 12, 2024”. No bid less than $12.50 per acre per year will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids. Bid packages may be obtained from the Caddo Levee District, 1320 Grimmett Drive, Shreveport, LA, by mail from P. O. Box 78282, Shreveport, LA 71137-8282 or https://www.bidnetdirect.com/louisiana/caddoleveedistrict. NOTE: THE CADDO LEVEE DISTRICT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT IT HAS LEGAL ACCESS TO THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY OR PROPERTIES. THE CADDO LEVEE DISTRICT MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE LEGAL ACCESS TO THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY OR PROPERTIES. IT WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER TO OBTAIN LEGAL ACCESS TO THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY OR PROPERTIES IN THE EVENT THAT THE CADDO LEVEE DISTRICT DOES NOT HAVE LEGAL ACCESS.
